Kathleen has been working for Giudes & Elliott since 2005 where she was employed mostly as a secretary/law clerk.

Kathleen completed her Bachelor of Laws in 2009 through James Cook University and the Australian National University.

Kathleen was admitted into the Supreme Court of Queensland in May 2010 and the High Court of Australia shortly thereafter.

Kathleen’s main practice areas include estates and estate management, Family Provision Applications, and wills and enduring powers of attorney.

Kathleen is a member of the Townsville District Law Association, the North Queensland Law Association and the Queensland Law Society.

Kathleen is a proud supporter of the North Queensland Cowboys and plays netball for a local team in her spare time.
